Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide (all over U.S.A) typically using USPS and/or FedEx as our courier service.

Once an order has been placed, it will be dispatched in between 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All items are shipped out from our New Jersey warehouse. We reserve the right to fulfill orders using USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, Almond Shield LLC is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or failed deliveries from the shipping carrier.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Almond Shield LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Almond Shield LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.


We offer a strict no refund/return and no cancellation policy. Due to the urgent demand of our products, all the orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Shipping labels are generated upon checkout, and we cannot issue any cancellations after that point. All products shipped out to our customers are unopened and in the original packaging. 

Due to the risk associated with spreading viruses, we currently cannot accept any refunds or exchanges of any products sold. This policy extends to any defective, unwanted, or damaged merchandise. In the case of receiving a defective product/s please contact our customer service department at [email protected] and we will help you with this matter.
